BEER PAIRING
Pair with a Gose, like Saint Archer® Blackberry Gose
The fruity, salty and tart elements of Saint Archer® Blackberry Gose perfectly complement the berries in this cobbler.
The blackberry notes in this Gose partner perfectly with the mixed berry notes in our cobbler. And the doughy malt profile in the beer? It works deliciously well with the crust in this dish. To top it off, the beer's tartness helps balance the sweetness of the dessert, making each sip and bite a pure delight.
