INGREDIENTS
2 cups oyster crackers
2 cups cheese crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup rye crackers
1 cup cashews
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, combine crackers, pretzels and cashews. In another bowl, combine cheese, oil, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, rosemary and garlic. Add cheese mixture to crackers and toss to coat.
STEP 3
Spread mix evenly on a large rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Allow to cool and serve.
Note: Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
