Redd's Blueberry Ale Winter Warmer

When the nights get chilly and the sun sets early, it’s time to warm up with some hot seasonal drinks. Not only will this warm Redd’s® Blueberry Ale beer cocktail heat you up, but with cooked berries, cinnamon sticks and whipped cream on top, it doubles as a great dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bottles Redd’s® Blueberry Ale
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cinnamon sticks
PREPARATION
- In small saucepan, heat both bottles of Redd’s® Blueberry Ale with blueberries and cinnamon sticks.
- Cook on medium heat until slightly reduced (about 10 minutes).
- While berries are cooking, in a separate bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Split the Redd’s® hot blueberry mix between two large coffee mugs and put one cinnamon stick in each.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
