½ cup honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Sliced green onion
Sesame seeds

PREPARATION
STEP 1
In a slow cooker, stir to combine the honey, soy sauce, broth and sesame oil. Then add the chicken, onion and garlic and toss to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
STEP 2
Remove chicken and shred into bite-sized pieces with a fork. Whisk cornstarch into cooking liquid. Add chicken and stir to coat. Serve with rice (optional) and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
