INGREDIENTS
20 honeydew balls or cubes
20 cantaloupe balls or cubes
20 slices prosciutto, sliced in half lengthwise
20 small wooden skewers
2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Thread each wooden skewer with a cantaloupe ball, a half slice of prosciutto, a honeydew ball and another half slice of prosciutto. Place on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Note: Aged balsamic vinegar can be substituted by ¼ cup balsamic vinegar that has been simmered over medium-low heat until reduced by half and slightly thickened.
